The Truth About the Roman Catholic Church (I will include Apologetics in the future)
 

There are over 1.1 Billion Catholic Faithful in our world. The Catholic Church being so large, is always under the gun by anti-Catholic entities worldwide. The Catholic Church has existed before the Bible was created. The word Catholic means Universal. It never ceases to amaze me how many people in the world teach and believe the anti-Catholic lies. Many of these people want to believe the lies without researching one iota of truth.

I wonder how many of these people have ever just taken the time to understand the truth instead of their own interpretation of the real Bible that Catholics read daily, along with the Catechism of the Catholic Church. The Catholic(Universal) Church was given to us by Jesus Christ. The Churches that branched off from the Catholic Church did it because they wanted to mold their Church to their own design. Its hard work being a Catholic. You have to follow some rules, mainly God’s Ten Commandments, Scriptures and Tradition. The Catholic Church has followed tradition for over 2000 years along with correctly teaching the Scriptures. The people who didn’t want to follow the rules, and didn’t feel like following tradition are many of the people and branches of other Churches who preach anti-Catholic rhetoric and lies. They don’t even include the proper books of the bible in some of their bibles. They must figure if its hidden from new recruits what they don’t see, they will never know.

Some anti-Catholics think that being Catholic is too old fashioned, the Mass not “exciting” enough for them. To be a Catholic is much more than saying you will be saved and go directly to heaven by reading your own interpretation of the bible and nothing else. I’ll go into how important and spectacular the Roman Catholic Mass is later on.

There are good and bad people everywhere on this earth. There have been good Popes and bad Popes, good clergy and bad clergy. There are good police officers and bad police officers. There are good Employers and bad employers. The list goes on and on. The bigger the apartment building,, the more problems you are going to have with tenants complaining. The bigger the corporation, the more noticeable the conflicts. The Catholic Church is no different than any other large group with its trials and tribulations, good people and bad people, good decisions and bad decisions. However since the Church is so huge, and since there are so many people who want to sift it through a sieve to find anything about it that is not in a positive light, its constantly under the gun. The liberal media only wants to show any kind of scandal in the Catholic Church. They don’t want to write about the 100’s of thousands of clergy, lay people and organizations working with the Catholic Church that have done the utmost good for their communities, schooling and charity. They don’t want you to know how many billions of dollars the Catholic Church has given to charity. They would rather write lies saying that the Catholic Church is all gold chalices, and opulence. There are monks, nuns, friars, deacons, lay ministers, Knights of Columbus, and a million other Catholic based groups all over the world who have helped millions and millions of people, children, and the elderly.
